Extremely dismissive of my concerns and symptoms. Actively telling them I am struggling to breathe and I have asthma yet was met with no sense of urgency or concern. Was told to take more pain medicine despite telling them I had already done so prior to coming in. Genuinely a waste of time.

Would not recommend this “urgent care.”

I took my son there on 5/6/26 after he fell off his bike. He had a large cut from his nose down to his cheek and a very bad nosebleed. We arrived at 8:17 PM, were triaged immediately, and then sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before being called back around 10 PM.

Once in the room, the RN came in, asked a few questions, and left. By 10:45 PM, no doctor had even seen my son. At that point I was exhausted, frustrated, and freezing from sitting there so long, so I went out to ask how much longer it would be. I was told the doctor was “making rounds.” I asked to just discharge us because the wait was ridiculous.

A few minutes later the doctor finally came in, asked a couple questions, briefly touched my son’s face — which by then had dried blood covering the injury — and said to “keep it clean and use Neosporin.” The laceration was never even cleaned or properly examined.

What made it even more frustrating was hearing constant laughing and conversations in the hallway while patients sat waiting for hours.

Bottom line: we waited over 2.5 hours just to be told to wash the cut and use Neosporin. Completely unacceptable experience and definitely our first and last visit there.

I went to this urgent care a month ago because I had sharp stomach pains. When I walked in they told me to sit at a seat from someone to check in, which was the only seat that didn't have someone that could check me in right away when I am in a lot of pain. I didn't have to wait long to go back but they said I had to give a urine sample before they could give me medicine to help my pain. I provided the urine sample but then was not given any additional instructions on what to do next. I had to wait 10-15 mins until my husband asked what was going on and they said they had to wait for an open room.

I finally go to the back and I don't remember being hooked up to an IV but that's what the bill says. And then the nurse came in and gave me options to take to stop the pain, neither of those worked. And during taking these different medications, the doctor came in multiple times and asked me the same questions multiple times. I took a CT scan twice and then after they game me the lowest dose of morphine, a different doctor made the right decision to send me to the hospital. And as the paramedics were getting me on the stretcher, the CT scan results finally came and they said it looked clear. Because they said this, the paramedics thought I was overreacting in the ambulance ride to the hospital telling me to breathe, but it was really hard to breathe because I was in so much pain.

The kicker is that when I got to the emergency room at the hospital, a competent doctor looked at the CT scan and had to question how someone could think it looked normal because it definitely wasn't, hence the horrible pain I was in. And I was rushed into emergency surgery shortly after.

All in all, the moral of this story is that if something feels off or you have pains or feelings that you've never gotten before, do not waste your time going to an urgent care, go to the hospital.

Friendly, polite, clean. I would highly recommend this urgent care. My son broke his ankle and we had a great exchange. It was a little crowded, but that has nothing to do with the service we received. Shout out to the security guard who made my son feel like the king of the place.
