Amazing, professional, efficient… these are the words that come to mind when I think of my wonderful wax technician Kennedy. I was a bit nervous but her kind demeanor immediately put me at ease. The room was spotless, the process was fast and less painful than I expected. Not a single hair left behind!

Gina was AWESOME! I walked in and was able to get in almost immediately for an eyebrow wax. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and did an amazing job as well. Thank you Gina I will be back!

Amber is simply the best! Quality wise and she has a great personality. It’s great to have something to distract you from the snatch lol! I rate my experience with her a 5 ⭐️
Now all I need is flew EWC is for the owner to turn down the ac it’s uncomfortable in the winter time to get undressed glue you’re serviced as cold as it is in there.

Genuinely the worst wax I've ever gotten, both in terms of customer service but also results. Before this I had only gone to small business or independent waxers, so I never realized just how horrible a corporate chain could be.
I made an appointment with Aniya based on her reviews and bio. Important: I specifically selected Aniya, not first available, specifically her. This is a sensitive area of yourself that you're showing, so it would make sense to pick the person you're most comfortable with and actually get that person, or at least be notified of a change.
However, once I showed up and checked in at the desk for my appointment, a customer who seemed to be a regular based on how friendly the front desk girl was with her, walked in and immediately started complaining that she could only book half her services with Aniya, and had to book the others with julia. In this exchange, I heard the girl at the front desk say "don't worry, I got you" and before I could process, I get called for my appointment. Once we're in the hallway, the girl introduced herself as Julia.
So without asking, without notifying, without any consideration of the person who booked their appointment the proper way and specifically chose a provider based on her experience and reviews, I was moved to a different provider I DID NOT choose, in favor of a customer who clearly made her appointment after I did.
I then proceeded to have genuinely the worst wax of my life. It was rushed, it was uncomfortable, the girl was not very friendly and missed so many spots that I had to buy wax from Meijer and finish the job myself when I got home that night. There was still chunks of wax falling off of me after I had left, stuck to the patches of hair she completely missed.
I work customer service, I get that we all have our favorite regulars, but it is so unprofessional to not even ask if I was willing to change who I had my service with, or at the very very least notify me that they were moving who my service was with so I could reschedule if I was uncomfortable.
There are much better independent waxers around the area that don't charge you an absurd amount for a rushed, half completed service.
