I own a Mercedes Benz S560, 2020 with a delicate mate designo cashmere white magno. Unfortunately someone key scratched the rear door in Chinatown parking garage. I took the car to a well known auto body shop, the place tear up the paint job with 3 different colors. Then I went to the Mercedes Benz dealership, I was recommended to take my car to CDE in Tinley Park. CDE told me what to expect and gave me an estimate. One week later, am called that the car is ready to go home, when I picked up my car, it looks like a brand new car from the factory. CDE Collision Center in Tinley Park is a five star operation in terms of their clear communication and professionalism. There was an unfortunate delay due to additional damage discovered after repair work started. I was disappointed because of the delay waiting for additional part to arrive, but every employee was understanding of my frustration, and I was pleased with there efforts to finish the repairs.

Incredible and pain free experience! The repair looks amazing, paint matched perfectly. Icing on the cake, at pick up my car was washed on the outside and lightly cleaned on the inside as well. Highly recommend!
