Went to JNJ with what I thought was going to be an extremely expensive engine issue. Ojay is fantastic. He diagnosed the problem and was able to service the car same day. He went above and beyond letting me know what the issue was, why it happened, and information about the make/model and when issues tend to arise and what to do in the next 25K and 50K miles. There were no pushy sales. He fixed the issue and charged a great price that was very clearly listed in a pricing document that he had behind the counter. I stopped in to get brakes and rotors done on my Optima. Ojay inspected and advised I didn’t need to replace back rotors. They gave me an estimate on cost before any work was done. Quality work at a fair price. I will be back.
