Keisha is very unprofessional. She cancelled my appointment last minute and when I reached out to her to ask her why, she did not respond to any texts, calls, or emails. I will never be booking with her again.

After accepting all the cancellation/late/no-show penalties, I wake up to a last minute cancellation 3 hours before my appointment. There’s a $10 non-refundable fee to book an appointment with her that doesn’t get refunded if the stylist cancels.
