Hovelyn's installed our Bryant furnace on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. They did an excellent job with everything cleaned up. No mess anywhere. They were able to move us from Wednesday of that week to Tuesday because the weather was dropping to freezing Tuesday night, and also loaned us two space heaters until furnace was installed. This was greatly appreciated as even with the heaters we could not get the temperature in the house over 61 degrees. They installed our previous furnace 17 years ago. I am trying to give it the five stars but the program doesn't seem to allow us to. Thanks, Ralph & Freda Poe
After 20+ years, our hot water heater began to fail. I called Hoveln who we use for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs and promptly received a comprehensive proposal. We accepted and Hoveln was out in a few days to install the new unit. Very pleased with the excellent communication and service.
I have been very happy with the technicians that have visited twice a year for over fifteen years. The latest visit was a little surprising when the technician handed me a bill for $339.00 instead of the typical $51 for a new filter. There wasn't any warning.
