“Great experience. Since I retired from the Navy I made ILlinois my home in lake county. Coming to this place has helped transitioned from being military groomed to helping find my individual beauty. The stylist really take the time with you know you and deliver great results. But as a customer you do need to responsible in making appointments because sometimes they are booked out at least 2 weeks out. Stylist have come thru and make time if they have the support for last minute details. I’m forever greatful for the staff especially Jennie! Thank you guys!“

“I’ve been seeing Yesi for a few years now doing structured manicures. I recently hit the tip of my thumb on my dryer causing the tip of my natural nail to break and the gel on top to lift. I messaged Yesi to let her know what happened and she provided me with instruction on how to treat the nail until my next appointment as I felt it could wait 2 weeks. To absolutely no fault of the manicure, the gel lifted a bit more due to everyday use and got caught on a towel and ripped. The fact that my natural nail is completely in tact and strong speaks wonders about how Yesi and the other ladies truly care about the health and integrity of your nails. Yesi responded to my message as soon as she saw it and set up a day to get the nail fixed.
