Sandschafer Electric replaced the antiquated lighting that we had at Schallert 's Sewing Center and we are over the moon! We love the new recessed lighting that they installed. The process was quick and professional. Thank you

I scheduled a service appointment on a Tuesday, they said they would be there that Thursday. No call, no show. No call Friday either. I called them Monday and they said they were busy and could not do my work for an undetermined amount of time.

Poor customer service. I scheduled some service work, on a Tuesday, and they said they would be by that Thursday to do the work. Thursday came, and no one showed up or called. Friday came, still no call, no show. I called them back Monday and no one knew about the work or what was going on. I finally got a call back stating that they suddenly got busy and would not do my work. Disgraceful.
