These people get an A+ in customer service! They are one of the many reasons small town living is the best! Just had a fun time getting my taxes done..now who can say that? Such a smooth process and quick service if you come in in April (ha ha)! Thank you to the gem running the front desk to Miss Marcia! You made me laugh today! And I’ll see ya in a couple weeks to pick up my paper work (wink, wink) ? (the wink is because I probably won’t, because to confess, I just picked up last year’s papers ??♀️)

I had an overlay complicated problem they fixed in 5 minutes coming in. They explained what it was, why it was, and what do to in order to fix it. I should've taken my friends advice and just used these guys to file my taxes because I used another service. It wasnt the problem, I'm the one who goofed on it, but they never told me. Taylorville Tax Service sat me down, I explained everything, and they corrected my mistake instantly. So now I'm sitting pretty knowing I have nothing to worry about. Thank you every much, looking forward to next tax season, I won't make the same mistake twice.
