Had an accident in which the ball of my still healing eyebrow curved barbell came off and was unable to be reinstalled. As an out of towner, I saw great reviews for Spider Tattooz 2. I stopped in very frazzled requesting if they had someone available to help me swap it out before I played in a local roller derby bout. The shop's piercer stopped what she was doing (tattooing) to help out. They had to do a deep dive for what I needed and I was so so thankful for the time they took. When said and done the artist said it was on them and they were happy to help. With wonderful, patient, and kind individuals making art in this shop, i could not recommend it more.
