We recently bought a commercial building with Epoxy Flooring. It looked terrible! I considered putting down flooring, but decided to give it a good cleaning. I called Skip at Service Master and he was very familiar with how to clean it. They came out, did their magic and now everyone comes in and says: Hey, is your floor wet?!!! We had an unexpected water issue in our laundry room. We call ServiceMaster and they were at our home within an hour to evaluate and begin remediation. We believe that this quick response saved our kitchen's hardwood floors, and surrounding rooms close to the water issue. Scott and his team were awesome. They answered our questions thoroughly and patiently. We cannot thank them enough.
Their team was amazing. This was a rental house that was left in deplorable condition. They were able to clean and deodorize the carpets to almost new condition. The basement has been completely cleaned and the house is now ready to be rented.
