My washer wouldn’t drain properly and I expected to need a new one. My husband called Knodle’s and they were very helpful and quick to come out and make the repair. The tech was friendly and fast! The price was very reasonable and I was so relieved I didn’t have to buy a new washing machine! Highly recommend!
These people are truly fantastic. From scheduling to repairing, easy to work with and honest. Michael is very intelligent and knows what he's doing. I wouldn't use anybody else for all my appliances.
The technician they sent out was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. I believe his name was Daniel. The part I needed was on back order indefinitely. Instead of giving up they called whirlpool over and over again until they were able to get my part for me. Not only were they professional and quick on their end, they dealt with the warranty company so I didn’t have to! I could not recommend more.
