The overall experience was great. The technician Rachel was very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Appel was very informative and explained things throughout the exam. Cindy was very helpful with glasses process. Thanks for your help.

Great place. They were able to accommodate my son with a new patient appointment fairly quickly. He was seen for a piece of metal in eye . His problem was resolved quickly in one visit. I will continue to use Hauser-Ross Eye Institute for all family needs .

This was my first appointment with Dr. Pearlman. He was very good natured and informative. I liked him a lot. The supportive staff—reception and exit—were helpful and friendly. I find the big entrance waiting room somewhat unattractive and uncomfortable. Fortunately I didn't have to wait long.
