I had a great experience with Accurate Towing. The lady who answered the phone (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name) was friendly and got things moving quickly. TJ arrived within 20 minutes to tow my vehicle to the shop. He was very kind and even took the time to show me how to fix one of the issues I was having with my vehicle. Their professionalism and kindness really calmed a very stressful situation. I will definitely be recommending Accurate Towing to my friends and family. Thank you!

Accurate towing was amazing from start to finish. I am not sure of the name of the dispatcher who picked up the phone but she was absolutely amazing. She was kind and thorough. I had to reschedule my tow for the next day and they were able to accommodate that and the person I got on the phone that time was also very kind and helpful. I got a call from Scott the next day and he was also very kind and knowledgeable. I have an EV that’s not a Tesla so it’s kind of newer to the car world. The price was manageable, the people were great and I would 10/10 recommend this tow company to anybody. We had a great experience with Ron at Accurate Towing. Ron arrived when he said he was going to and he was friendly/helpful.
Accurate towing pricing is also fair. I was stuck in a situation in the middle of nowhere. Accurate Towing gave the price right away and honestly I was expecting more. I know other tow truck companies would charge you an arm and a leg.
