I cannot say enough about the exceptional quality of service I received from Jarvis Electric. I placed a call over the weekend, and to my surprise, the owner personally returned my call. He took the time to discuss the issues in detail and quickly scheduled me for Monday morning service.
Tyler, the technician, arrived promptly and immediately began troubleshooting. Every single problem was addressed and resolved with expertise. What truly impressed me was that Tyler went beyond the surface issues — he identified the real underlying problem and installed a proper solution.

My neighborhood had a brief power outage during the early morning hours and when my power came back on, I thought everything was Ok until I got home from work later that day and noticed that I had no power in my 2 front bedrooms. After I tried working with my circuit breaker box I was unable to get the power back on myself. The first thing I thought of was that it was getting late and to call someone out to fix it was going to be expensive. So I took a chance and called Jarvis Electric and spoke with Joseph, he asked me to text him a picture of the circuit box, so I did. Charles came out and did a full electrical inspection on my 1956 home because I was worried about some dancing lights when certain appliances run. He ensured me everything in my home was running well and nothing was running high amps. He allowed me to read his meter beside him and explained to me what everything meant. I feel 110% more at ease with the power of my home now. Great job, Charles!
