Herman was amazing to work with. He sent me a personal email after I visited his website and was able to provide me a quote in minutes. He was super responsive and helpful regardless of the fact that the showroom was closed that day. Herman coordinated between the other area showroom to get us a larger sample so we were confident in what we wanted and we ended up with flooring we loved at a great price. Highly Recommend!

If you are in the market for a specific brand and quality of flooring with excellent customer service, unfortunately Ambassador would not be my recommendation. The incorrect product was delivered to my residence. Upon examination from my contractor, this caused an inadequate amount needed for my installation. Which resulted in a drive from Mascoutah, IL to Chesterfield, MO, as we were informed that the additional needed material which they mistakenly did not deliver was available.
