Herman was amazing to work with. He sent me a personal email after I visited his website and was able to provide me a quote in minutes. He was super responsive and helpful regardless of the fact that the showroom was closed that day. Herman coordinated between the other area showroom to get us a larger sample so we were confident in what we wanted and we ended up with flooring we loved at a great price. Highly Recommend!

If you are in the market for a specific brand and quality of flooring with excellent customer service, unfortunately Ambassador would not be my recommendation. The incorrect product was delivered to my residence. Upon examination from my contractor, this caused an inadequate amount needed for my installation. Which resulted in a drive from Mascoutah, IL to Chesterfield, MO, as we were informed that the additional needed material which they mistakenly did not deliver was available. Upon pickup and after bringing the material back to my residence, which was an inconvenience in itself, we came to the realization that the material was not consistent. One was thicker than the other and a different color. It was not until after sending pictures to the store manager that they confirmed we were given the incorrect material and their warehouse delivered incorrect material. It was not until I wrote a lengthy email about the poor customer service and questioning why no one in leadership/store owner called to apologize or ensure I received excellent customer service, that I receive a telephone call with their solution. Their solution was to have someone come to my home and rip up the carpet and padding so they could reinstall the correct product I ordered. Of course this was an additional inconvenience as I was deployed overseas and would have to do a 2 week quarantine at home, due to covid, which is also when I planned to move my furniture back to the appropriate room and reset my house. They ultimately refunded 20% of the cost of the incorrect product I received. Will not be doing business with them in the future and advise others to heed with caution or to look elsewhere.
