Once again, your staff exceeded my expectations. When my 9 year old broke his glasses, we came in to get new ones. Katie helped us find a pair that is more kid-proof. When we were sitting there filling out the paperwork I noticed my son was crying. He is a sentimental dude, and didn’t want his old, broken glasses thrown away. Katie offered to try to fix them. I didn’t think it would be possible, but using some spare parts she did. He was thrilled and now we will have a backup pair. She was so sweet to him and even cracked a joke and made him smile. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS EXPECTED. This momma is happy and so is my boy. Thank you so much Katie. We really appreciate all the extra time and effort you took with us!

Yeehawww... Im the first!!! These guys are great! They even helped me stay within my insurance budget. Plus they are local for me.
