Needed work done on a rush basis. To much moisture in my hearing aids from being at a fire scene. I volunteer for the fire department. They removed the largest quantity of moisture that the technician had ever done. Thanks.

My husband and I went to our local Audibel office yesterday for our regular cleaning and checking of our hearing aids. Our specialist Jesse went out of his way to take care of the two of us and our hearing aids. He treated us like he would want his grandparents to be treated.

Sharon was very knowledgeable about hearing and hearing aids. She use several information sheets to familiarize me with Audible Hearing aids. She was personable and professional. Spending a lot of time with me, answering my questions, and explaining how the hearing aid works I knew I was losing some of my hearing, but was surprised at the amount that was gone from my hearing ability.
