The staff is great, super kind, and more than willing to help with all matters. Dr. Korsgarden explains every step in the process, making patients feel completely comfortable. I've been going to Dr. Korsgarden for years and have always been impressed by how professional, helpful, and thorough he and his staff are. I recently had a career-impacting accident that affected my vision and required extra tests, exams, and documentation. Dr. Korsgarden truly went above and beyond in providing referrals when needed and doing extra testing and documentation that the FAA required for me to get back to work. I'm glad that he and his staff are the people I trusted my eyes with when things went bad. Highly recommend.
I’ve been getting eye exams since the 1970’s and without any reservation I can say my examination with Dr Korsgarden was the best. The amount of time he took to perform a thorough examination as well as explaining the findings was outstanding. A very nice gentleman and I appreciate his dedication to his profession. I also want to state that the office manager Jessica should be teaching customer service and phone etiquette to other individuals in her field. She has definitely placed a high value on treating patients with world class customer service. Vision Plus is a wonderful provider of vision care.
