Someone like myself who does not understand computers, Matt broke everything down and explained the issues with my PC in detail that was easy for me to understand. The pricing for repair was very affordable, but more important for me was the immediate sense of confidence that I was dealing with someone who has a GREAT library of knowledge and empathy. I took in my 3 year old laptop into E.D.S. Computer Repair. I was told and shown where the capacitors were blown and the short circuit on the board was. ( In other words the motherboard was not fixable. I shipped to him from Amazon a new portable hard drive. This then enabled Matt from E.D.S. to transfer my data from the laptop hard drive to the new portable. Great job Matt. Thank you again!
