I stopped in to inquire about having my park model re-leveled as it was sagging about 3" from front to rear, and a few inches from side to side. Dena said that they do re-leveling as long as they had originally installed the trailer. I told her the section and lot number, right away she said "is that a Breckenridge? I'm almost certain we sold and installed it"! She checked her records and sure enough, they installed it 20 years ago. She also had all the records of what they had done since the initial delivery in the file! What a wealth of knowledge. We recently bought into Woodhaven and have had a lot of questions about our Woodland Park park model. Bernie, Denna and Brent have been such great help and knowledgeable about all of our questions. Roemmich’s is such a great business, we will for sure be life long customers!

Even with calling ahead and being very specific about what we want or need done, there always seems to be confusion when we get there to the business. They have done excellent work for us in the past, but I am very unlikely to continue to go to this business.
