I had Zevada tear out and replace a concrete driveway. Within less than a year it started cracking and large pieces popped out. I pointed it out to Jeff and he basically shrugged. If you want poor quality work...this is your place.

I called this company because they are well known in our small town, I wish I would have read reviews first. I had to call the office because Jeff didn’t show up to do the estimate as scheduled. I had to call the office again because they didn’t show up to do the job at the scheduled time! When I called, the receptionist stated “it slipped their minds”. Slipped your minds? Since when does your job slip your mind? Mind you, I called off work this day to be here, at the scheduled time. This is very unacceptable as a business and a horrible look to the community. People and companies only have their word to go off, and Zavada construction does not hold their word
