Cassandra is amazing!! She helped pick out several pairs of glasses for me that fit my face perfectly. I came out of my exam and Cassandra was helping another customer. So I had her coworker start adding up my bill and she couldn’t figure out the discounts and math. Glad Cassandra was sitting next to her, she ended up finishing my transaction.
I had an eye exam mid July with Dr. Ullmann and he very nice and professional. All the staff I encountered were friendly. Shout out to Cassandra on helping me pick out new glasses to suite my face shape. She helped me try on glasses that I wouldn’t have normally chose for myself and I absolutely LOVE my new glasses!! Highly recommended this place
I had a visit today with ophthalmologist, I’m forgetting his name. I was in a rush to get some support and even though they didn’t take my insurance, I chose to still meet. I am so so happy I did!!! I was extremely anxious during my appointment and he took the time to sit with me and give me all of the reassurance I needed. So so grateful for his time and patience with me. Will definitely come back!
