Great Clips in Streamwood is known for offering affordable haircuts for individuals of all ages. The salon provides a variety of services, including haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. Many customers have been going to this salon for several years and appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the staff. The stylists are attentive and dedicated to ensuring customers receive the cut they want. Claudia, in particular, is highly praised for her exceptional skills. However, some customers have expressed concern about the consistently rising prices and lack of coupons, which may lead them to reconsider their need for a stylist. Nonetheless, the salon's convenience, walk-in availability, and online check-in system make it an attractive option for those seeking quality hair care services.
Claudia is very knowledgeable and friendly, she asked if she could try something a little different because of my thinning hair. I was very pleased with the outcome. I have been going to that location for about 20 years and never had any issues.
Have been going to this Salon for many many years. Everyone is Great! They give the best customer service, which is very hard to find these days! Thank you! Rick KautzService: Haircut
Ive used great clips since their inception, mostly good results. For sure though Claudia is the best, hands down!!!! Not much to ad to this. Claudia knocked it out of the park again. Having said that your constantly rising prices and lack of any coupons have me reconsidering my need for a stylist, any stylist. Honestly the only reason im still paying is because of Claudia.Service: Haircut
