Jim is top notch when it comes to hair care, color, highlites. I let him do whatever he thinks is best. He is the professional. I have never ever been disappointed. I've been going there for quite a long time. My hair is everything to me. I treated it with kit gloves.

Love New Horizons! Jim Rauscher, the owner and head stylist does an outstanding job! Jana is the massage therapist and nail and pedicure specialist, she does outstanding also!!Highly recommend!
