Online its says they open at 10am. Someone was in there and they had the doors locked. Called the number on there website and they said that they open at 11 because employees don’t show up until they feel like it.

I love the fact that this place is Black Owned and has a beautician onsite that does hair including braids, and twists. The owners are friendly only suggestion would be that they do surveys asking customers what products they want so they can improve their inventory more. I was looking for hair beads and they didn't have many options. Also the survey can give them a better idea of what hair to keep in stock etc......

I have had different experiences with this place. The prices are always changing on the spot the owner, is not professional she double books people and is not up front about pricing services. She doesn’t communicate with her salon workers on the prices and has lied to me and told me the stylist will charge me more for more length and the stylist was not even aware of the price. The kids hair styles are more than the adult styles and just ridiculously high for kids. The system that they use for check out is ridiculous there are two systems and one charged more for using a card. I was also charge tax on each item when I bought something once. There’s a BLACK OWNED beauty supply store in Elgin called This is hair works and the owner is great! And not does not try to get over on you like this African lady.

This is one of the best beauty supply stores in the area. A wide selection of hair and hair products. They’re really helpful, have great customer service, and a good welcoming atmosphere. I will be going back and bringing friends.

Support! Support! Support!!! Wigs are priced well! Customer service is nice! I have never had a bad experience shopping here! A BOB that’s a hair supply store is a HUGE plus and desperately needed! Great job, Ladies! Continue thriving.
