Isn’t it awesome when a global company makes a quality product that you enjoy using, and 5 years on you contact the company on a support issue for it and the whole customer service experience exceeds your heightened expectations?! That happened to me earlier today at Wahl’s service & repair center in Sterling, IL! I took the corded clippers I’ve been using to cut my own hair for about the past 5 yrs to them to see if they could repair a minor issue and they said it could be looked at while I waited which was great (I was glad I’d be able to return home with them that day). They told me over the phone, that i can mail my hair clipper as long as the was on warranty window, and i get a turn around of 2 weeks, the hair clipper was serviced, haven't tried as yet, but it looks real aligned properly, Thanks again!!

Let me tell you about an American company. Great customer service in the USA. Great product/quality. Surpasses other companies offering same products. There customer service listens very attentively, is sympathetic to your concerns, and tries to accommodate you. Basically, they want you to be a customer, for life! So for me; they are my one stop company for any personal grooming, aches or pains, or any questions I may have. Yes, they have other products; check their website.
