I took my 8 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced today. It was an AMAZING experience. The owner was absolutely wonderful & made her feel so comfortable, cracking jokes with her, & making sure she was well taken care of! She was all smiles the whole time even through her tears! Everything was VERY CLEAN & VERY STERILIZED. He made sure he opened all new packaging infront of me, explained exactly how to take care of her ears for the next 6 months & was very thorough with everything. I got my ears pierced by Robert, and he was amazing. He was calm, gentle, and had the whole process done in under 10 minutes. He also gave me great advice on how to care for my newly pierced ears, and we had a wonderful conversation.
It was clear he genuinely enjoys his work, and that enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable for me as a customer!!
