Now that CGH has decided to accept Aetna Advantage Plans, I'm able to make my yearly appts again.
Having been a customer of Sterling-Rock Falls Clinic before CGH acquired them; it's my pleasure to give the following:
From the downstairs receptionists to Meredith Johnson and her staff, blood work staff and others which made contact with me during my appointments - they showed tremendous respect for me as a patient and took care of my needs professionally and with a friendly attitude.
So hopefully CGH will continue to accept Aetna Advantage Plans, eventhough they are considered 'out of network' with Aetna in the years to come. CGH Board and their decisionmaking...read full review
Dr. was very caring and personable. He tries to help with any issues that I might have. Great experience. CGH is looking very good with updates and is very clean. A very comfortable environment.
Dr. Nguyen was phenomenal. She absolutely LISTENED to me and came up with a plan to figure out what exactly is happening like, immediately! My mother and I both cried out of sheer joy at the fact that I MIGHT be able to lead a “normal” life without having to be babysat for the rest of my life!
100/10!!!
