“I have been in my house 20 years and every time after a heavy heavy rain I have gotten water in the basement. A lot of water. I frequently get gutters cleaned so it was annoying that in a heavy rain water would gush down off roof like a waterfall. Gutters r us came out and I explained what I knew to be issue. He listened. He checked gutters and aligned them and added an extension away from house. I had an underground downspout which was clogged with grass. Last week we got a heavy rain and it was early enough to see that water was gushing out of downspouts and not from roof like a waterfall. Thanks Gutters r us for a resolution that didn't cost me an arm and two legs!“

“I recently had Indiana Roofing Company reline and seal 2 flat roofs on my residential property. My back porch and garage. Terry, my sales contact, informed me of the services they could do for me when I had him come out for an estimate, and gave me a very resonable price for the work I needed to be completed. Approximately a week later, we had the replacement date scheduled and had the work performed. The 2 gentlemen who showed up to complete the work did a fantastic job! Truely profressional and did a truely great job! On top of that, Terry spoke to me about a relective paint that they apply once the roof is relined and sealed that relects approximately 95% of the sun's rays, which adds to cooling/heating bills as we all know. In the back of my mind, it sounded great, but was a bit skeptical. Now that the job is complete and its been a couple of weeks, I can tell a major difference in the ambient temperature inside those spaces compared to prior to having that reflective paint applied. We recently have 2 very hot days, which was the perfect time to test this theory out, and Im happy to say my skepticism has been squashed. It was remarkably cooler in both spaces. I can't recommend Indiana Roofing Company highly enough based on my experience! And Terry was truely professional. Very honest, and great at returning calls with any questions or concerns. Due to this experience, Im in the middle of approving Terry and his guys to reshingle my house roof before the fall, and will post a review of that as well, which I feel very confident will be another great experience. There are always nerves involved when spending a large chunck of change to have home repairs done because we all want our money's worth, but more importantly, to have our home taken care of and treated with respect. “It is almost a year since I had the Havmack crew do the largest project on my home . They put some new windows on the east side of my house to let more light in, redid my wood floors, knocked out my kitchen and hallway tile and part of the wall between the kitchen and the living room. This was done in seven weeks in February and March, which was still during the pandemic with all of the supply chain problems. There were many different subcontractors , but Havmack had an excellent working relationship with all of them and backed up their work. I purposely waited to see if their work would stand up over the past year. It was wonderful, and I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone else.“
