I needed to get our gate open and to stay open, as it was not operating correctly. Trish told me that she would work on getting someone out that day. She called me back several times throughout the morning to let me know that I could rest assured that someone would be out to help me. It was not just her customer service, but it was the personal/human contact in a world where you are lucky to even get someone to answer a phone call. Trisha walked me through some steps to temporarily keep the gate open until someone could get there. Lucas came out and placed an order for a new part and then a few days later installed it.
