I was way over due for an eye exam. Made an appointment, saw the doc & the tech Kim helped me pick up 2 pairs frames that suited me. Explained about the different types of lenses, etc. I was really impressed that she took extra time to help me save money by using my Walmart card. When my glasses were ready, I went in. The tech had me try them on & adjusted them as needed. I received a phone call following up to make sure I was satisfied & having no problems. I was reminded to come in if I needed them adjusted or cleaned. That's what I call Great Customer Service!!

I dropped my VSP because i really didn't see the value. Thought i'd try walmart vision as i've worn the same contacts and had the same prescription for years, figured what can go wrong right? I had a fantastic experience made an appointment, was treated great by the staff, saw the doc and I was in and out. I had finished the whole process before my wife and kids even finished shopping. Contacts and exam were cheaper that what i was paying with the VSP provider. I plan on going back.

We have been getting eye exams, contacts and glasses from this location for almost 30 years. I am always able to get appointments quickly for my family of four. Though their glasses selection is limited, I am able to take the Rx and go somewhere else. The staff are always incredibly courteous and bend over backwards for us whenever we come in. I highly recommend them.
