Wow! Really impressed with my experience at the Target optical location in St. Charles. I was not expecting it at all, but it may have been the one of the best experiences I’ve had at an optometrist. It was ALL about the service!
Lu was so helpful, patient (I tried on so many different frames and took pics of myself with top options), and incredibly knowledgeable about each manufacturer. I was looking for a particular color frame, and with each option I tried on that wasn’t the color I wanted, Lu checked to see if they carried it in other colors for me! Very nice customer service and Dr. Hawk (probably spelling that wrong) was very nice and paid attention to what the customer has to say. She also didnt just run through the tests, she took her time. Everybody up front was real helpful and respectful. It was a good expierence. Just went back recently and it was another good experience. Dr. Williams was very nice and helpful and knew her stuff. She too was cool. A good place I'd say.
