I started my journey with Move Fully Nourished about one year ago when my doctor advised me to begin taking statins for my high cholesterol and LDL’s. I knew I needed to lower those cholesterol numbers, but I didn’t want to take statins. I found Ashley through my personal trainer, and I am forever grateful for that referral! I would highly recommend MFN to anyone considering it. I was skeptical before signing up and when I finally did inquire, Ashley stayed on the phone answering all my questions for much longer than we were scheduled for. After 2 long phone calls and every question I could think of, she paired me with Rachel and we clicked right away.
I have a long medical history with issues that affect my weight. Because of that history, I started this program thinking I already knew everything about nutrition and exercise, but my body just wouldn't allow me to lose weight. I very much enjoyed my experience with Rachel at Move Fully Nourished! I started my journey with the goal of losing weight but experienced so much more than just that. I was able to improve my mindset towards food, stop my sugar and carb cravings and learn how to eat in a more balanced and satiating way. I highly recommend Move Fully Nourished to anyone who might have any desire to improve their relationship with food or losing weight in a sustainable, healthy way.
