Summer… the Worst time for an A/C to go out. Our Air conditioner went out because our dog decided it was his favorite pee spot! Jeff and Manny showed up like heros in a white and green van to save the day!! They moved the a/c out of the dogs bathroom range to prevent him from ruining the new one. Overall experience was amazing. They were courteous, polite, communicative and had a great sense of humor too! They worked hard in the heat and went above and beyond! Thanks guys. Even tho the dog is mad you took away his bathroom, we are forever grateful for the cold air you And comfort you put into our home!
we had our furnace go out on a cold day Saturday morning before work had my brother do me the favor of calling up mcnallys and they were able to come same day and look into the furnace, unfortunately got the news furnace is shot on my end had to figure out some finances but russell called and helped us out with whatever options were available as payment as well as furnace systems after figuring out my finances russell and his team was able to get a new system in right before Christmas. mcnallys came in clutch, thank you
