So polite, explained everything that he was doing and made sure everything was fall/winter ready with my furnace.

Today, I had my furnace maintained, with Shane and Blair, who were very kind and professional (love they were on time). They did an awesome job! Overall, I am impressed with Golden Seal customer service and workmanship. I reccomend and stay with this company for my HVAC needs.
Angel was the service tech that changed/installed the wires and new thermostat. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
9/13/24: Just had Golden Seal HVAC do preventive maintenance on the furnace before winter. The technician, Mike, performed a very thorough job. Explained and showed specifically the cleaning process and testing of the furnace. He cleaned the interior of the furnace and changed the necessary filters. He is very professional, friendly and detail oriented.
