When our IT/Software developer unexpectedly retired, we were in a lurch. We were lucky enough to find Easy IT Support, and what a overwhelming pleasant experience it has been. Quick to respond, intently listen, ask questions so that they fully understand the needs, and then quickly take action. From recommending and installing hardware/software, to upgrading and programing our current software, they have been PHENOMENAL!! They have taken a very stressful situation for us, and have made it as pleasant as a relaxing vacation. One of our team commented "she was going to float out of work."
