Karl was incredible to work with. I have been looking to replace the windows in my home for a few years and have talked to multiple companies. Karl took time to answer all the questions I had and his presentation made me very confident in the quality product; as well as offering prices more reasonable than the other quotes I had received. The team was professional and worked very quickly to install - even replacing rotted wood they found along the way (included in the service!). I replaced 1/3 of my windows this season, and will be looking at replacing the next in the upcoming years - will definitely be utilizing Chicagoland Window Wizards again!
