Had a 2-hour wait for a 2-minute visit! Took my mom to Fox Valley Opthalmology in St. Charles for a 9am appt. She got called back around 9:45. At 10 so tired of sitting I starting walking in circles through the waiting room. After a half-hour of this I asked one of the receptionists if the Dr. had even seen my mother yet. They weren't aware he was so far behind. Also, they don't call patients or let them know if there's a lengthy delay.
