The service was excellent! I was notified of the time they would arrive, and it was exactly that time. They began work immediately and were super professional. If we had a question, they would answer in a manner we understood. Excellent service and windows are doing great! No leaks, easy operation, and holding back the fierce winds of recent storms! Very pleased with our windows!!

Recently bought a house with a window world window. Yes one singular window world window. Must have been a guy who self installed it. Maybe he got it from habitat I know they donate there extra or unused there sometimes regardless. The window was broken I called Springfield’s window world branch left my name and number and the next day got a call back from Ryan. He took the time to understand I wasn’t asking for a warranty or free replacement (however they do offer lifetime warranty if the guy had window world install it instead of doing it himself and the warranty transfers over one time to the next homeowner)I just wanted to pay for another sash for the...read full review
