Dr. Houmes and Dr. Montgomery are wonderful. They're kind, caring, compassionate, thorough, and gentle with our cats and we feel we've gotten excellent care at West Lake. Would recommend them to anyone.
We are new to the area and experienced our first visit to West Lake Animal Hospital for our first little Yorkie dog. We were treated very well all the time. The girls in the front office are so polite and helpful. Liz and Dr. Thornton were so nice and looked like they loved caring for animals. They were very professional, explained everything, and answered all our questions. We are relieved to have found such great care for our little puppy.
Friendly, compassionate care. Their love for animals shines through. Everyone I’ve interacted with here is kind and willing to go the extra mile. Vets are thorough and take the time to talk to me about my treatment options. Highly recommend!
