I cannot say enough great things about Seth Williams and the other staff members of Vital Restoration. I had water coming down my walls and they came in, got to work immediately and started drying out my house. They were very thorough and super friendly. They took away my anxiety and nerves as this was my first time ever dealing with a home loss. If you ever have a fire, water in your home or a sump backup they are the buisness to call. I will never use anyone else!
I have nothing but good things to say about this company and its employees. I have been having a rough time these past few weeks with all the things going on with my basement. But these guys come in say they can save everything even though water had been sitting for 3 days. They came in and got to work same day i called them brought in fans and dehumidifier and came to check on the progress every day. They saved 99.99% of my walls and everything else. There was a small bit of mold of which they took care of free of charge and proceeded to spray everything again even my baseboards. They explained every to me as what they were doing and how long things would take. I felt valued as a customer and well taken care of they did everything they said they would do and more and at less than half the price of the other guys and saved me from having to buy new dry wall. These guys know what they’re doing and are very good at it
Got my vehicle back today after the great sunroof monsoon incident. Looking good as new!
