I serve on staff at a church here in Springfield. When one of our members died suddenly in August, I helped her family with arrangements — they were in shock and had never dealt with a death before. In one afternoon I visited four providers in town and asked each for a quote on the same services. Vancil-Murphy did an excellent job with helping my siblings and I plan our fathers funeral. They did not push for the more expensive options and was available anytime of the day or night to answer any questions we had. I’d recommend anyone I know to go through them.
