Had an issue with an order being cancelled and no one from the local Ulta or the 1-800 number could help me. I left a negative review and Ulta replied to send them a FB message. I’m changing my stars to 4 because I appreciate them resolving my issue - just wish it didn’t take a negative review to do so.

I went and had my hair colored by a stylist by the name of Michael. Super talented and fun and friendly! Didn’t rush, took his time doing a great job taking my hair from a bright pink to a 2 toned red, perfect for the fall/winter seasons!! I can’t wait to go back!!

The help and assistance that I received from Izzy this evening was exceptional beyond belief!!! She was kind, engaging and she listened to what it was that I was looking for!She explained to me that there was a sale on an additional gift set that actually included the two full size items that I was going to purchase already! I could not resist the offer and also ended up purchasing a beautiful foundation that Izzy took her time to color match on me!Izzy really made me feel important and uplifted my mood!
