My husband and I stopped in on Sunday, May 31, and had a great experience. We were greeted immediately upon walking into the store, and he was taken to a chair within just a few minutes or walking in (he didn’t check in online). The kind, blonde hairstylist (who was dressed very stylish) took care of my husband’s haircut well. It looked exactly like the picture he showed her.

The gentleman barber did a great job at handling his temperament when a (very disrespectful) male customer couldn’t accurately express how he wanted his hair to look. This is my usual spot. I love the friendly service. Today my haircut was done by Damien, he is new. Very professional and soft spoken. He asked for preferences, made effort to listen to what I wanted. Then cut hair. The service at Greatclips is almost always great, but Damien went a few steps beyond and made an impact.

I was giving a great cut. I of course forgot her name but she did tell me the cut I wanted , my hair wasn't thick enough,it may not come out the way I thought,which I knew she was right. I appreciated that. Thank you, I'll be going back.
