Collin came out to my home to check out my water heater. Sadly, it needed replaced (and they will be installing the new unit, of course!), but Collin was the most professional and understanding technician, and extremely patient when walking me through my options, and even going as far as to give me multiple quotes to remedy my issue. He also found a gas leak that I had no knowledge of. Literally a life saver! I could not recommend them more. Professional, kind, patient and most importantly knowledgeable! You will not regret going through them!
Paul came out the other day for my furnace check. Thorough and completely explained everything and answered all my questions. I’ve never had a bad Tiger experience! 5 stars for Tiger!
Since I started with Tiger and all of their services, I have been very happy. The other day Paul Rantis came to do my furnace maintenance. He is a very kind, professional guy who came in did his job efficiently and was done quickly. I would recommend Paul along with all the Tiger employees for your plumbing, heating and air conditioning and electrical needs!
