The doctor was great but whom ever took care of calling in my prescriptions didn't order enough to get me through the amount of time the doctor wanted me to use the eye drops. Caused a lot if problems with contacting the doctor's office, pharmacy and insurance company wouldn't cover because it was too soon for a refill. Therefore after starting steroid drop I ran out and wasn't able to refill for a couple of days. Not good.

This eye clinic is great. My doctor found something that bothered him and he immediately ordered a battery of tests that resulted in good news. The doctor (Smith) and his technical staff were all excellent and very professional. Cannot recommend this clinic any higher.

I took my 88 yr old mother to Springfield Clinic Prompt Care as an alternative. The physician assistant we were supposed to see had his panty liner on sticky side up. The kind desk staff suggested prompt care. I am so glad she did! What a wonderful experience! We saw Nurse Practitioner, K Koontz. She was delightful as was the entire staff at prompt care. I am happy the way things turned out and would highly recommend Springfield Clinic Prompt Care.
