Spartan Valley Olive Oil Center is located in a Springfield strip mall. It offers unbelievably good olive oil, fantastic olives, and good tahini. Their products, including massive tubs of Kalamata olives and Balsamic creams, are much better than grocery store offerings. The creams come in varieties like real chili, smoked, and fig. The oil is the kind used in expensive restaurants. Hours can be fickle, so call ahead. It is worth the price.
