Met with Tida today, I came in with tense muscles, compression in my spine/neck. Pretty severe pain from sitting all day at my job. Tida listened and was able to target my problem areas. After just one session I am feeling much better. Will definitely make an effort to come back.

Tida is the absolute best! She helps our whole family with various ailments. We keep regular appointments and won’t go to anyone else. She is very professional, her room is so comfortable and inviting.

Tida is so amazing. Knee replacement was definitely in my future. I had so much trouble walking & hurt all the time. Knees are so much better & I can walk again! Now I truly enjoy keeping up with my 2 year old granddaughter !! Thank you Tida for helping me live again!
